Nature Walk with Lech Naumovich

We will have a unique opportunity to visit extant coastal prairie grassland on the San Pablo Penninsula. We won’t have full access to the lands, but we will travel to some representative areas and talk about the resource value of this site as well as the restoration challenges. Our leader will be Lech Naumovich of Golden Hour Restoration Institute.

Directions: Pt. Molate is only accessible from Westbound 580. Take the last exit (Stenmark Dr.) before the Richmond/San Rafael bridge toll plaza. Stay left at the fork on Stenmark Dr., then make a right on Pt. San Pablo Marina Road and follow it to the end. The address is 1900 Stenmark Dr. in Richmond.
