SPAWNERS and the El Sobrante/94803 Green Team would love your help in planning a Coastal Cleanup event on September 24, 2022! Please join us for a Zoom meeting on Wednesday, August 3 from 5:00 – 6:00pm.
In this meeting we will discuss and solidify:
- Event start/end time
- Signage — who will create signage/who will handle flyering
- Event programming
- Music
- Kid’s activity
- Tabling
- Food — who should we contact/who will handle outreach
- Donations — who should we contact/who will handle outreach
- Supplies — who should we contact/who will handle outreach and purchasing
- Trash bags
- Trash buckets
- Gloves
- Trash picker-uppers
- Tables
- Napkins
- Plates
- Cups
- etc…
