What:  SPAWNERS Summer Nature Walks -- Siesta Valley Nature Walk

When: 5:30 pm

Where:  Upper San Pablo Creek Watershed

Details:  We’ll explore the upper San Pablo watershed with the help of Bob Flasher. The trail runs into Siesta Valley, where we’ll have a chance
to view forest restorations and also the lovely Siesta Creek. 

Meet in the parking lot on Shakespeare Way off the Wilder Rd./Gateway Blvd. exit off Hwy 24, Orinda.

What: Creek Stewardship Work Day

When: 9:30am - 12:00pm, 2nd Saturday of each month

Details:  Over the past ten years we have worked with hundreds of volunteers to transform unsafe and forgotten creek banks into inviting public spaces and environmental education sites. Stop by on the second Saturday of the month and help us re-leaf Appian and San Pablo Creeks.

All ages welcome. No training necessary. Please wear sturdy shoes and comfortable work clothes. SPAWNERS will provide tools and refreshments.
